Across Madhya Pradesh, transgender, gender diverse, and queer people face daily exclusion from families, housing, healthcare, education and employment. Many are denied identity documents, refused medical care, pushed into unsafe living and working conditions, or face social stigma. TAPISH was created to respond to these realities with community-run support systems that meet people where they are and help them build thriving lives for themselves.
